Homestay
Homestay allows you to live with an Australian host family – giving you an authentic Australian experience. You’ll pay a fee that covers accommodation, breakfast and dinner. Internet access is also often included. Greenwich College can set you up with homestay accommodation for your arrival in Australia – and will provide airport pick-up and drop-off to your host family. Our families are located within 30 minutes of Sydney’s Central Business District.

Sharing a house or apartment is the most popular accommodation choice for international students. We partner with providers who offer modern, affordable accommodation options from self-contained apartments to single, double or triple style rooms in share houses all in convenient locations. Short and long term arrangements are available making it a convenient option for your arrival in Australia.
Rental$250 - $600 per week
Rental
If you’d prefer to live alone or with friends, you can rent (or ‘lease’) a house or apartment. Rental prices vary according to location. You will need to pay a bond upfront – usually four weeks rent – in the event of damage to the property. View current rental listings at the following websites:
